After placing an order and receiving your Maintenance Certificate it is your responsibility to get in touch with us We will not proceed forward with our maintenance service without a proof of purchase or the Maintenance Certificate The customer is responsible for any shipping charges, from customer to supplier and from supplier to customer Due to the volume of work going on at that specific time, the customer will receive the product in 5 to 10 working days We will repair, adjust or replace any damaged products purchased from us Excepting negligence: cutting, biting, chemical damage, alcohol, etc...
